Placing Business

When placing business via the LIME Direct panel you simply need to ensure you are registered with the relevant lender via the Lenders normal registration process. Then simply select LIME Direct payment route as follows:

Online Applications

When submitting business online, you will need to select the LIME Direct dropdown option where applicable.

Paper Applications

When sending a paper application to your chosen lender, simply place a LIME Direct sticker on the application form and advise them you wish to be paid via the LIME Direct payment route.

With the following lenders you will need to follow the instructions below to ensure you have the relevant payment route set up against your agency number:

• Northern Rock - Call 0141 27557900 to discuss your agency
• Accord - Call your dedicated Accord Team to discuss your agency
• BOS - Log in, and go into your “User Settings” to add a new payment route
• Coventry - Call 0845 7573612 to discuss your agency
• RBS IP (All Brands) - Complete online registration form and outline any changes you require, then email to partners@rbsip.com or fax to 08459 001112
• GMAC - Log in, and go to “Navigate” then “Change Broker Details” and add the new submission route as LIME Direct
• Nationwide - Visit the “Register With Us” section of their website, and follow the instructions for adding an “additional payment route”
• Principality - Call 0845 330 5565 to discuss your agency
• Standard Life - Members will need to re-register stating they wish to be paid via the LIME Direct payment route
• Mortgage Works - Log in, and go to “add a mortgage club” to amend your agency
• UCB Home Loans - Visit the “Register” section of their website and follow the instructing to “add a mortgage club”
• West Bromwich - 0845 3387287 to discuss your agency
• Woolwich - Call 0845 0701567 to discuss your agency
