Direct Payment

As a LIME Direct client you are now eligible to receive direct payment of procuration fees from the following lenders on panel:

Direct payments are eligible for all business submitted from 1 June 2008. Please note, you do not need to submit a New Business Claim Form for cases paid directly from lenders.

Claiming Procuration Fees

For all lenders on panel that are not listed above, you must submit a New Business Claim Form on COMPLETION of your mortgage, this will allow us to pay your procuration fee correctly and promptly.

The New Business Claim Form is essential to generate your payment.

On receipt of the procuration fee from the Lender, LIME Direct will make a payment to your bank designated account, on Friday of the following week. A commission statement detailing your payments will be posted to you.
